4. Payments & Refunds

  • We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and other approved payment methods

  • Payment is due at the time services are completed

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services

  • If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us before leaving so we can make reasonable corrections

5. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable

  • Gift cards must be presented at time of service

6. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose allergies, injuries, infections, or medical conditions prior to service

  • Elite Nail Spa is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions

  • We reserve the right to decline service if a condition may risk client or staff safety
