Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

At Elite Nail Spa, we strive to provide the highest quality nail and spa services. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

No Refunds

  • All services performed are non-refundable once completed.

  • We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with color, design choice, length, or style selected by the client.

  • Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions, breakage, or normal wear and tear.

Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we may attempt reasonable adjustments.

  • Corrections may be offered at management’s discretion

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of the original service

  • Adjustments apply only to the original service performed and do not include complete redesigns or change of mind

Change of Mind

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of color or design preference

  • Selecting a different service than originally requested

  • Personal scheduling conflicts after service is completed

Gift Cards & Prepaid Services

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash

  • Prepaid services are final sale and non-refundable

Right to Refuse

Elite Nail Spa reserves the right to refuse adjustments in cases of:

  • Damage caused after leaving the salon

  • Services performed by another salon

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions
